アイザメ科（Centrophoridae）は、ツノザメ目の下位分類群。2属19種を含む。
分布と生態
全世界の温帯から熱帯海域に分布し、大陸斜面の水深200 - 1500 mの底付近に生息する。無胎盤性の胎生である。
形態
背鰭は二基あり、どちらにも鋭い棘がある。鰓孔は5対ある。下顎の歯の方が大きい。
